Registered Domiciliary Care Manager
Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per year (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to lead and manage our home care service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards.

The Registered Manager will oversee care operations, staff performance, client satisfaction, and service development while ensuring compliance with regulations set by the Care Quality Commission.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the domiciliary care service.
Ensure high standards of person-centred care are delivered to service users in their own homes.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Recruit, train, supervise, and support care staff.
Conduct care assessments and develop personalised care plans.
Monitor care delivery, service quality, and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.
Participate in on-call duties when required.
Promote continuous improvement and service development.
Requirements
NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
Previous experience managing or supervising a domiciliary care service.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to motivate and support a team.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable Skills
Experience in care planning systems and electronic rostering.
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and quality assurance processes.
Experience growing domiciliary care services.
